15SY-210 Seedling-killing Machine adopts a three-point suspension structure and uses a wheeled tractor as the power machinery for operation. The drum rotates at a high speed, driving the seedling-killing knives to rotate at a high speed, so as to quickly cut off the stems and leaves and complete the operation.
The seedling-killing knives are symmetrically distributed in a double helix on the seedling-killing shaft and are composed of four types of blades: long straight blades, long curved blades, oblique blades and short straight blades. The four types of seedling-killing blades with different lengths are strictly arranged and lined up according to the potato ridge shapes with different row spacings to achieve ridge imitation and shape imitation. When the blades rotate at a high speed, the generated load sucks in and crushes the seedlings on the ridge surface and at the ridge bottom, truly achieving comprehensive seedling destruction and killing.
The diversion partition plate runs along the top of the potato ridge, diverting the cut weeds and seedlings to the ridge ditches on both sides, which is beneficial for the harvesting of the subsequent harvester. The anti-reverse device is embedded in the output shaft of the gearbox to prevent the blades from rotating in the reverse direction, ensuring that the components are not easily damaged.
